1. Automatically Deleted Data
Audio Data (Intakes): These are used to generate transcripts and summaries. They are stored only temporarily and are automatically deleted immediately after processing.
2. Types of Retained Data
- User IDs: Used for account functionality and user identification.
- Payment Info & Purchase History: Used to validate and manage subscriptions.
- App Interactions: Used to improve usability and user experience.
- Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Collected to maintain app performance.
- Referral Codes & Email Addresses: For user linking, promotions, and support.
- Subscriber Tokens: For subscription validation.
3. User-Initiated Deletion
You may request deletion of any of the above data by contacting us.
- How: Send a request via email to privacy@intake.now
- Timeline: Requests will be processed within 30 business days.
- Impact: Deleting account-linked data may affect access to certain features or subscriptions.
4. Automatic Retention and Deletion
- Inactive Accounts: Data is deleted after 1 year of inactivity.
- Backup Systems: Data is purged within 180 days after deletion from live systems.
5. Deletion Confirmation
We will confirm via email once your data deletion request is fulfilled. If you don’t receive confirmation, please reach out to privacy@intake.now.
6. Legal and Security Exceptions
- Legal Compliance: We may retain some data if legally required.
- Fraud Prevention: Certain data may be retained temporarily to prevent misuse or investigate fraudulent activity.
