Using the Application
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. You are strongly advised to read and understand them before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Changes and charges
The Service Provider is dedicated to making the Application as beneficial and efficient as possible. It therefore reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Your device and personal data
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which removes restrictions imposed by its official operating system. Doing so could expose your phone to malware, viruses, or malicious programs, compromise its security features, and cause the Application to function incorrectly or not at all.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:
Internet access and charges
Some functions require an active internet connection through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity because you lack Wi-Fi access or have exhausted your data allowance.
When using the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s agreement still applies. You may incur data or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for these charges, including roaming data charges incurred outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, the Service Provider assumes you have obtained the bill payer’s permission.
Your responsibilities and the Service Provider’s liability
You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged. If it runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Although the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies on third parties for some information made available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from relying entirely on this functionality.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application. Operating-system requirements, and the requirements of any additional systems to which availability is extended, may change. You will need to download offered updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the operating-system version installed on your device. You agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless informed otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes will be communicated by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
